How do I place an order?

Can I still change or cancel my order?
If your order has not yet been processed, it may still be possible to change or cancel it.

All orders within the United Kingdom are shipped free of charge.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Can I return an item?
Yes. You have a 30 day cooling off period. Please see our Return Policy for full details.
How do I return a product?

We will then send you the return instructions and the next steps.
Are return costs at my expense?
Yes. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes. Please email us with your order number and the size or color you would like.
We will check availability as quickly as possible.

How do I know which size to choose?
Each product page includes a size chart. If you are unsure, you can always contact us for advice.
Are the colors the same as in the photos?
We do our best to display colors as accurately as possible. Slight differences may occur due to screen settings and lighting.
